The Town’s property assessment services are provided via contract by Associated Appraisal of Appleton, WI.
Any annual assessment change notices are sent out to affected property owners by the Town Assessor in early Spring. An “Open Book” process then follows when affected property owners may review their assessment changes with the Town Assessor. In the event, a property owner wishes to contest a final valuation or assessment, the Town Board of Review is held anytime during the 30 day-day period beginning the second day in May.
