Community Room Rental User Policy & Fee Schedule
Reservations are made according to the *Priority of Use Standard. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the reservation form and appropriate fees. Reservations will be taken no more than one (1) year and no less than two (2) business days before the event.
*Priority of Use Standard – Priority of use will be given to residents of the Town of Lawrence versus non-residents on a first come first served basis.
Cancellation Fees:

- Cancellation notice must received at the Town Hall at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event to receive a full refund, less a $20.00 processing fee. If canceled within two (2) weeks, no refund. Dates are transferrable at any time for $10.00 fee.
Residency: Applicant must provide proof that they are a Town of Lawrence resident to receive the resident fee. Proof of residency can include a valid driver's license or recent utility bill. If proof of residency cannot be provided, the applicant will be charged non-resident fees.
