Please contact the Town at (920) 336-9131 or complete the request form below at least 2 business days prior to the date you wish the final reading to be taken. Once the final billing is complete, we will put the property into the new owner’s or tenant’s name.

• Homeowners Buying or Selling: We require the closing date and the new owner’s name
• Landlord/Tenants: If a tenant is responsible for their utility bill during their lease, the tenant or landlord must contact the utility to request the change in service. If a tenant requests service to be discontinued and a new tenant has not requested service, the utility service will be placed in the landlord’s name.
