Liquor License Fee Schedule

The Town of Lawrence issues licenses to alcohol beverage retailers (i.e. bars, restaurants, and convenience stores).  These licenses are required annually.

*Background Checks: Anyone named on any license application is subject to a background check annually.  This includes license applicants, officers or corporations, partners in partnerships, agents, and bartenders.

**Responsible Servers Course: Any new applicant for any license must submit their Responsible Servers Course certificate.  The Responsible Servers Course expires after two (2) years.  Course graduates not obtaining a valid Operator's License within 2 years of completing the course must repeat the Responsible Servers Course.

All applications must be returned to the Clerk-Treasurer, 2400 Shady Court, De Pere, WI  54115 along with payment.
