PLEASE ALLOW 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO BE REVIEWED BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR.

CITATIONS AND/OR PENALTIES CAN RESULT IF WORK STARTS PRIOR TO ISSUANCE AND PAYMENT OF THE PERMIT

**Preliminary consultation meeting with Town Staff to discuss zoning district, site plan and/or landscaping requirements is required PRIOR to submittal of application
